Bust view of Delbert M. Beals. He wears a dark coat and beard without moustache. Delbert M. Beals was an early Oshkosh resident. He operated a pharmacy and drugstore at 14 (later changed to 28) Kansas Street (South Main). He married Hellen Kellogg on October 1, 1867. The couple had two sons. |
