The Oshkosh Public Museum is located at

By Car

FROM THE NORTH
Take US Hwy 41 South to the Hwy 21 exit (exit 119). From the exit ramp, turn left and continue east on Oshkosh Avenue. At the first stoplight past the bridge, turn right onto High Avenue. Turn left at the second driveway into the Museum’s visitor parking lot.

FROM THE SOUTH
Take US Hwy 41 North to the Hwy 21 exit (exit 119). From the exit ramp, turn right and continue east on Oshkosh Avenue. At the first stoplight past the bridge, turn right onto High Avenue. Turn left at the second driveway into the Museum’s visitor parking lot.

FROM THE WEST
Take US Hwy 21 East into Oshkosh. Proceed east on US Hwy 21/Oshkosh Avenue. At the first stoplight past the bridge, turn right onto High Avenue. Turn left at the second driveway into the Museum’s visitor parking lot.

By Bus

UWO/NORTH SAWYER
This bus stops one block south of the Museum at both Algoma Boulevard and New York Avenue and High Avenue and New York Avenue. Click here for a transit map.

By Bike

WIOUWASH TRAIL
Follow the Wiouwash State Trail into Oshkosh and continue along the banks of the Fox River. Turn east on Congress Avenue. Turn right onto High Avenue (bike lane available) and turn left at the second driveway into the Museum’s visitor parking lot. Bike racks are available near the Museum entrance.

Parking

Visitor parking at the Oshkosh Public Museum is free. Handicapped parking spaces are located at the east end of the parking lot, nearest to Algoma Boulevard. Spaces for buses, RVs and additional parking is located in the RiverValley Church lot directly across from the Museum on High Avenue.

Museum Hours

The Oshkosh Public Museum is open to visitors on:
Tue-Sat, 10 am-4:30 pm
Sun, 1 pm-4:30 pm

The Museum is closed on Monday's and all major holidays.
