Do you love history or art? Do you enjoy meeting new people? Do you want to be a part of a meaningful and fun organization? Auxiliary membership is a rewarding experience and provides limitless social opportunities to meet new people and make new friends, all the while supporting the Oshkosh Public Museum.

A true-blue and on-the-ball group of Museum supporters, Auxiliary members are involved in the latest Museum happenings. From volunteering for special Museum occasions to planning signature events such as Pie on the Lawn to funding artifact acquisitions and conservation projects, members support the Museum in many ways. In truth, ever since their founding a mere two weeks after Museum doors opened to the public, the Auxiliary has played an important role throughout the history of the Museum. Join the Auxiliary for the next meeting and become a part of a loyal group of Museum supporters.

Meetings

Join the Auxiliary at the Oshkosh Public Museum on the second Friday of the month for a traditional tea, dessert and special program. Everyone’s invited, and good conversation and great company is always in abundance.

Mission

The goal of the Oshkosh Public Museum Auxiliary is to advance the interests of the Museum by helping to expand its collections, provide equipment and broaden the scope of cultural, educational and social activities. The Auxiliary is an independent nonprofit organization established for the benefit of the Museum.
