Notes Image of military officials and executives from United States Motors Corporation Receiving the Army-Navy "E" Award. US Motors in Oshkosh, WI produced self-contained engine-driven generators for the military during World War II. They received the "E" Award for timely and on-budget manufacturing of war goods. The man standing third from the left is Louis L. Grammoll, who was the superintendant at the plant for many years.
