Notes Image of a captured Panzerkampfwagen Mark I German light tank that was displayed in Oshkosh.

The picture was taken at the corner of Washington & Main St. the building in the back ground was the First National Bank.

These machines were displayed at bond drives through out the United States. This was presented by the War Finance Committee of Wisconsin in 1943.

The tank was captured in Tunisia at El Alamein.
