Admin/Biog History The Hansen Family of Oshkosh came here from Eldorado, WI. Pearl Hansen was born in Oakfield, Fond du Lac County, WI. He married Margaret May Griffiths on December 6, 1911. Margaret Griffiths Hansen was born on the family farm "Garthgynan" near Eldorado, Fond du Lac County, WI. She is buried at Zoar Cemetery near Rosendale, WI. He owned a threshing machine and he and his crew helped bring in harvests all over the county. In 1915 they moved to her parents farm near Eldorado, WI. In 1920 they moved to Oshkosh, WI. They later moved to Vinland Road where he ran a Truck farm until the depression. He also owned a sorghum mill near Pebbles, WI. He is buried at Zoar Cemetery near Rosendale, WI. They had six children: Lyle D. Hansen; Orville E. Hansen; Audrey D. Hansen Hazen; Adrian D. Hansen; Arleen R. Hansen Schroeder; and Gloria A. Hansen.
