Description M1937 U.S. Army wool serge olive drab trousers; 1942 special model with the gas flap on the fly. Side and hip pockets, a watch pocket on the right side, button fly, and suspender buttons on inside waist band. 18 oz wool and heavy cotton muslin for waist lining and pockets. Marked inside in black ink "TETZLAFF JOHN P/36239515".
