Description US Army compact toilet kit consisting of one kit pouch and 8 other items. Pouch constructed of khaki canvas with coated interior and four folding flaps that are held closed with steel snaps. Cotton tags on interior reads: "Buddy Kit TRADE MARK PAT. PEND MADE IN CALIFORNIA" and reverse reads: "In Pocket Size to Keep You Clean and Fit." A thin cardboard backing keeps kit rigid. Chromed steel rectangular 3" x 4" mirror with oval hole in end slides behind backing. Interior has loops and pockets for shaver, toothbrush, and other items of personal hygiene. Kit includes black plastic razor handle with two plastic heads. One head marked: "SLANT STROKE PAT. NO. 2093851 MADE IN U.S.A." Includes toothbrush with celluloid handle, but handle is crumbling and has deteriorated significantly. White plastic handle that may fit razor heads.

Belonged and was used by either Adrian or Orville Hansen, brothers who served in the US Army during World War II.
