Description Sewing kit given away by the Red Cross during World War II. Olive drab packet made from coated fabric with two interior pockets and folding flaps, held closed with one snap. Cover reads: GIFT OF AMERICAN RED CROSS PAT USA & CAN No 2116570" Interior has red felt flap sewn in with one steel needle inserted, and one packet of "EZ Thread" that combines whitish and olive drab cotton thread in one braided hank. Small paper instruction sheet to "Pull one thread of color desired for CAMP and TRAVEL."

Given to Orville or Adrian Hansen during World War II.
