Admin/Biog History Harvey E. Felker was born October 20, 1917 in Oshkosh, WI, the son of Henry and Catherine Felker. His father passed away in 1941. He was working as an upholsterer at the Buckstaff Company when he was drafted in January 1942. He trained at Camp Sheridan, IL and was assigned to Camp McCoy, WI. He later transferred to Camp Bragg, NC and Washington, DC. While on guard duty in June 1943, he was shot and killed under unknown circumstances.
