Ralph A. Ott was born in Oshkosh, WI on April 11, 1923 the son of Clarence A. and Agnes Ott. He attended grade school and the vocational school before going to work for Paine Lumber Company. He was inducted into the US Army on March 2, 1943 and left for Europe on September 20, 1943. He was killed in action in France on August 5, 1944.
