Bust view image of Sergeant Orville Klotzbuecher. He is wearing a Service Uniform and enlisted man's service hat. He wears a 32nd Division patch on his left shoulder and sergeant's chevrons. He is also wearing Distinctive Unit Badges for his regiment on his lapels. Orville Klotzbuecher was born July 2, 1916 in Oshkosh, WI, the son of Leona Wesenberg and Gustave Klotzbuecher. He enlisted in the band of the 32nd Division in the late 1930s (Wisconsin National Guard) and later transfered to an infantry company. He fought at the Battle of Buna and others in the Pacific Theater during World War II. |
