Bust view of Kenneth Losse. He is wearing his Service Uniform and garrison cap with glider patch. Kenneth C. Losse was the son of Lillian Losse of Oshkosh, WI. His wife was Viola C. Losse. He was inducted into the US Army in December 1942 and received glider training at Fort Bragg, NC; Camp Mackall, NC; Alliance, NB and Fort Meade, MD. He arrived overseas in May 1944. He was listed as missing in action on September 23, 1944 in Holland. In December 1944 he was listed as a prisoner of war in a German camp. |
