Notes Group photograph of the WAVES of the Administrative Command, United States Navy Training & Distribution Center, Farragut, Idaho. All members are identified on a seperate sheet. Janet Swope Shepherd (donor) is in the 4th row, 6th from right. Janet's date of birth is October 12th, 1918, joined Campfire Girls at age 10, got out of high school in '36, started to work the first of June in '37 in the Public Service, joined the WAVES for two years during World War II, New York for basic training, Yeoman's school in Cedar Rapids, Cedar Falls, Iowa , assigned to [Farragut], Idaho, discharged in 1946.
