Abstract Brown, blue and black ink on white stock, shows an image of a woman war worker in coveralls holding an artillery shell in one hand and an airplane in the other, standing in front of the YMCA logo. Type at right bottom, "For Every Fighter/a Woman Worker", and printed below, "Care for Her Through the YMCA/UNITED WAR WORK CAMPAIGN".
