Abstract Handbill for a Liberty Loan parade in Oshkosh, Wisconsin on Sunday, April 14, 1918. It is addressed to the citizens of Winnebago County and is called "The greatest gathering in the History of Winnebago County which will equal in earnest religious and patriotic appeal, the great epoch-making enthusiasm of the days of Washington and Lincoln. Thirty thousand citizens in parade!" A list of bands, veterans groups, State Guard units and other participants are included. People are encouraged to load up their cars from neighboring towns and come and participate. Numerous photographs of this parade are in the OPM collection.
