Abstract Full color ink on white stock, shows a woman holding a laurel wreath against a monument with an "Honor Roll" containing the names of fourteen American soldiers killed in World War I, each with a different ethnic last name. Printed in red ink at top, "AMERICANS ALL!" and in blue ink below, "Victory Liberty Loan".
