People are marching south on Oregon Street passed the corner of 14th Avenue during a patriotic parade held in Oshkosh at the beginning of World War I. A float with people dressed as the the Godess Liberty, a sailor, and freed slaves is passing by. In the background is Elizabeth Reifer's Grocery Store on the south-west corner of 14th and Oregon.
