Notes Candid outdoor image taken by John T. Matschi. Employees of Oshkosh B'Gosh are lined up on a south-side street in preparation for a patriotic parade held in Oshkosh at the beginning of World War I. Male employees wear Oshkosh B'Gosh products and one holds a flag. The women workers are wearing dungaree jackets and caps and are holding small American flags.
