Notes Outdoor view of Men Collecting Goods for Soldiers in France. The image is taken on South Main Street looking north along the east side near the corner of 7th Avenue. A wagon pulled by a horse is filled with boxes, one marked, "Gustave C. Schwandt/Co. C 150 MG Bat./A.E.F. France" and "Tobacco for France". Four men and two boys are posed by the wagon. The Chicago & Northwestern freight depot is in the distance.
