| Abstract |
Bulletin No. 2 published by the United States Food Administration. It contains a letter from president Woodrow Wilson to Herbert C. Hoover, authorizing him to organize women and men of America to begin a campaign to conserve food. It also contains various appeals to American women, the United States Senate, and Harvard graduates from Hoover. It also contains a list of bulletins available from the Agricultural Department on how to select foods; meat and meat substitutes, fats, diet, and food preservation. |
