Image taken in the Armory B Hall in Oshkosh, showing a group of Food Conservation Workers. All the women are dressed in uniforms and wear caps with the United War Work shield on the front. Grace C. Smith was the Chairman of the Winnebago County branch, and they held a show on how to conserve food during World War I. They set up informational exhibits with samples and posters. |
