Notes Candid outdoor image of Frank Matschi with War Souvenirs. He is standing in the snow, wearing his brother John's campaign hat and marsmanship qualification badges pinned to his sweater. He holds a pair of German or French binoculars in one hand and a carved hunting horn in the other. The horn was donated to the Oshkosh Public Museum by John T. Matschi and is Object ID# 1663-24.
