Julius Mand was born in Oshkosh WI on March 25, 1898. He was a teamster by proffession. He enlisted in Company F, 2nd Wisconsin National Guard on May 19, 1916 and served on the Mexican Border. He was drafted from Company F, which became Company C, 150th Machine Gun Battalion in Wold War I. He served as the company cook. He was reduced to private at an unspecifiid date. On February 26, 1919 he was transferred to the 42nd Military Police Company. |
