Description 
Pocket signal disk: printed paperboard with metal eyelets for interior rotating disks; pocket sized guide to flag positions in semaphore; one side using one flag, other side using two flags; one side reads: "International Morse Code/Pocket Signal Disk"; other side reads: "Two Arm Semaphore/Chop-Chop/Attention/Pocket Signal Disk". Harvey Christensen enlisted in Company F, 2nd Wisconsin National Guard on June 2, 1917. He reported for active duty on July 15, 1917 when Company F became Company C, 150th Machine Gun Battalion, 42nd "Rainbow Division". He was hospitalized with Shell Shock on July 30, 1918 near Chateau Thierry, France. He was promoted to corporal on November 24, 1918.
