Record 186/678
Label addressed to Wagoner Clarence S. Priebe, Supply Company, 127th Infantry, 32nd Division, for a Christmas package. This label was never used or sent. The Army decided that all Christmas packages sent to soldiers overseas had to have an official label affixed to them and that all boxes must be 9" x 4" x 3" in size only. This was to reduce the sizes of packages and to make them a uniform size for ease of shipping.
