Admin/Biog History	Otto B. Sells was the son of William and Carrie Prine Sells. He was a member of Company B, 2nd Wisconsin National Guard during the Mexican Border War and Company B, 127th Infantry, 32nd Division during World War I. He was killed by an artillery shell near the town of Fisme, France on August 4, 1918.

Abstract	Letter from Otto Bernanrd Sells, Company B, 127th Infantry, 32nd Division to his parents in Oshkosh, WI. March 12, 1918 France Dear Folks & rest Just a short but sweet note to let you know I'm in the finest of health. Hoping it will find you are the same. By the time this reaches you it ought to find you out of the hospital & getting around fine. How does Sis like married life & has any thing happened at Bill's house. It sure is wonderful weather down here. It must be warming up in good old U.S.A. We slipped one over on you all telling you we was going to do guard duty in Hoboken. But I done that so you would think of nothing until every thing was O.K. Took a walk down to a little village last night. Haven't heard nothing about our mail so far. I think it will be a long time before we receive some. Is Bill still going guard duty up to Menasha. I've got to drop R. & the rest a card this wk. The boys are all out playing indoor out door & spiking the football around. It seems good to see apple trees in bloom & are the trees & May flowers up.
