Description Model 1910 Meat Can: stamped aluminum oval shaped dish with tinned iron folding handle for frying pan; stamped aluminum lid or bread plate with riveted metal ring near edge.

John M. Scantleton served as a surgeon in the Medical Corps of the 128th Infantry, 32nd Division, during World War I. He was awarded the Croix de Guerre Medal by the French Government.
