Description Pattern 1895 Officers Fatigue Coat and Trousers: Coat constructed of dark blue wool; black mohair trim on front facing, collar and sleeves; black rubber buttons at front hidden closure and snap hooks at collar and tail; black polished cotton lining in body; white cotton lining in sleeves: Shoulder boards of light blue wool with gilt wire embroidered border (2nd Lieutenant); stand-up collar has gilt brass pins "2" and crossed rifles and "WIS". Small Quartermaster Corps insignia pinned to each collar.

Used by Second Lieutenant, George O. Sanders, Company B, 2nd Wisconsin National Guard during the Spanish-American War.
