Description Pattern 1883 Enlisted Foot Trousers: medium blue wool construction; two front interior cotton pockets; cotton waist lining; cotton lining at ankles; black japanned tinned buttons on fly and suspender buttons on waist. Trousers match Fatigue Blouse/Coat Object ID #2194-13.

Used by Private Ernst Mueller, Company F, 2nd Wisconsin National Guard during the Spanish-American War.
