Full outdoor view of the harbor at Charleston, South Carolina. The ship Le Grande Duchesse left Charleston, SC on July 20, 1898 with the 2nd Wisconsin onboard. It arrived in Puerto Rico on July 26. Inscribed on front, "Scene at harbor near quarters of 2nd Wis. Vol. Infy. at Charleston, S.C." |
