Sixteen officers are leisurely sitting and standing around a table made of crates with their table set for eating. Recognizable officers are: Phillip Laffey (end of table at right); Julius Nemitz (next to Laffey); Rev. Edward H. Smith (end of table at left with gray moustache next to Laffey).
