Full standing outdoor view of three Hospital Stewards, 2nd Wisconsin National Guard. Each man wears a fatigue blouse with Hospital Steward's insignia on the sleeves, stripes on the outer seam of the trousers, two wear campaign hats, and the young man in center wears a forage cap with medical insignia. They are standing around a chair and examining books and papers. Frank Callies, the donor, may be one of the men, he was a hospital steward in the regiment. |
