Description 
Discharge for Charles D. Echols, a private in Company K, 140th Ohio National Guard (100 days). Enlisted May 2, 1864, born in Louisville, Ky, was 41 years old at time of enlistment, 5' 7" tall, fair complexion, gray eyes, dark skin, and a book keeper by trade. It mentions on the back that he had served in the Mexican War in 1847.
