Notes View of General George B. McClellan's headquarters at Camp Winfield Scott, near Yorktown, Virginia. The image shows the camp from the head of a company street: wall tents line the street with brush arbors in front, a Sibley tent and a few more wall tents are near the center, and in the foreground is a hitching rail with several horses, six soldiers, saddles and other supplies.
