Bust view image of Dr. Charles Schenick. Dr. Schenick (also spelled Shenic, Shenich) is pictured here in a circa 1870 copy from an earlier daguerreotype. He is pictured wearing a dark colored suit coat, a printed silk vest and a high collared shirt with bowtie. He wears very large sideburns. Dr, Shenick came to Oshkosh prior to 1857 and practiced medicine until his death circa 1878. His wife's name was Mary. |
