Copper photoengraved printing plate attached via small nails or brads to wooden block. Image is of a three story brick and stone large building. Written on the reverse in pencil is "Rose C. Swart/Training/School/ Oshkosh". Rose Swart taught for many years at the Oshkosh Normal School. She was very active in the Women's Suffrage movement and was the 2nd Vice President of the Political Equality League of Wisconsin. She worked with other Suffrage leaders in Oshkosh including Sarah James and Jessie Jack Hooper.
