Description:
Maroon crepe and velvet one-piece dress. Waistline, sleeves and skirt in crepe while bodice yoke front and back in velvet; high velvet neckline with 15 round buttons bodice front closure; a velvet tie attached to bodice back is tied to the front; set in full crepe sleeves with narrow pressed tucks end at elbows; 4 pleats on left and right side of crepe skirt; crepe fabric belt (buckle missing).

Dress worn by Viola Haines and possibly designed and made for her by her sister, Ada Bluem Dingman who was a fashion designer for Queen Frocks out of Milwaukee, WI.
