Description
There are two sets of serrations, one set is opposite the side of the umbo and is made up of three pointed notches which measure about 0.5cm wide and 0.5cm deep. The other set of serrations is also made up of pointed notches which are about 0.4cm wide and 0.3-0.4cm deep, this set is on a protrusion which was made by cutting and grinding by the umbo area. Both sets of serrations have rounded teeth; all other edges broken. Shellac on one side; there are two small perforations in the middle of the shell which are assumed to have been made by museum staff for display purposes.
