Description 
Red, speckled pipestone pipe-head. Conical bowl, black resinous accretions in bowl interior, sooted/black accretions on bowl lip. Shank has round cross section with flat bottom, extends slight in front of bowl rim. Original catalog card: "Siouan Calumet Pipe. Locality: Menominee Indian Reservation, Shawano County, Wis. Received from Carl Wittman Collection, Merrill, Wis. Date: Feb 22, 1941. Catlinite. .... Also classified as an Elbow Pipe."
