Description Flat pipe. Black steatite. Flat stem shank; deeply notched (V shaped) mouthpiece with notches on sides and incised lines on base. Bowl completely reconstructed with green-gray material.

Original catalog card: "Small Flat based Monitor Pipe. Locality: Kiel, Sheboygan County, Wis. Received from Carl Wittman Collection, Merrill, Wis. Date: Feb 22, 1941. Black chlorite."
