Urn-like round bowl with raised encircling ring at rim and near base, chipped rim with crack extending to and around base; two possible stem holes, one at side near base of bowl and one in center of bowl base. Original catalog card: "Pot-shaped Pipe. Locality: Marquette County. Received from S. D. Mitchell Collection. Steatite."
