Description Red and dark red pipestone. Curved base platform. Part of platform cut or broken away. Vertical notches around platform edges.

Original catalog card: "Hopewell curved-base pipe." "It was found in a garden which borders the Fox River where it runs through the city of Berlin in 1933 by a boy who resides at the place, his name is Martin Bahr." "... one side of the end was broken off and repaired by the original owner."
