Description 
Hollowed out nut shell. Charred bowl interior/rim, black resinous stains. Original catalog card: "It was found in a refuse pit at Riverside Cemetery by Arden Sheldon while doing research work there. How this type of nut (Cohune Palm nut from South America) came into this territory is a riddle to solve." Accession record: "... found a few inches below the surface in Indian site, west of city."
