Description Red pipestone pipe-head. Conical bowl; start of an encircling groove below rim; stem-end has 3 raised encircling rings. Numerous chips on bowl rim.

Original catalog card: "Diminutive Siouan Pipe. (No locality.) Received from S. D. Mitchell Collection. Catlinite. Stem and bowl are round, beautifully polished, end of stem and top of bowl ornamented with several rings in relief."
