Original catalog card: "Broken Siouan Calumet Pipe, Vase-shaped bowl. Locality: Butte des Morts, Winnebago County, Wisc. Received from E. Benedict - C. Koehn Collection. Catlinite. This must have been a nice pipe when it was whole. Found at Butte des Morts."
