From the Arthur P. Kannenberg collection. He recorded the following in his catalog: "A willow rack made from a long whip like a triangle. The Menominee Indians used these to stretch muskrat skins on for drying. I secured this one on the Menominee Indian Reservation from Mrs. (Charlie) Dutchman".
